1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using ASO Meter (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

2. Description of the Service

ASO Meter provides automated listing analysis, deterministic App Store Optimization scoring, keyword ranking position tracking, and optional AI-assisted marketing and creative suggestions for public Google Play Store and Apple App Store listings.

All scores, insights, recommendations, and AI-generated copy are provided for informational and advisory purposes only. We do not guarantee specific rankings, download growth, conversion rate improvements, or commercial success resulting from the implementation of audit recommendations.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access the Service, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to bulk-extract data or bypass rate limits.
• Attempting to circumvent credit counters, authentication mechanisms, or security boundaries.
• Reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, or commercially distributing raw audit outputs without authorization.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or imposing unreasonable traffic loads on our infrastructure or Redis queue workers.
• Using the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

6. Intellectual Property & Outputs

You retain all rights and ownership to your own applications, trademarks, and listing content. The audit reports and suggestions generated for your submitted URLs are provided for your internal business use.

AI-generated suggestions (such as rewritten titles, descriptions, and ad headlines) serve as starting drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all copy for compliance with Google Play, Apple App Store, and advertising network guidelines before publishing.

7. Third-Party AI Services

When AI analysis is requested, public listing data and screenshot assets are processed through third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI and Alibaba Cloud Qwen). Your use of AI features is subject to the technical operational availability of these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PUBLIC STORE DATA WILL ALWAYS BE 100% CURRENT OR ACCURATE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASO METER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR APP REVENUE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or malicious behavior.
